Essendon AFL Drug Saga

9. CAROLINE WILSON 5 DECEMBER 2015

  1. I don’t care whether every player lied and denied he was given Thymosin.

  2. I don’t even care whether Stephen Dank believed he had given the players Thymosin Beta-4.

  3. All of the above is irrelevant. No one, including the three CAS panellists, knows what substances the players were administered.

  4. Before addressing your specific bile, I should like to say one last time that I don’t care whether every Essendon player said they were administered Thymosin.

  5. No one knows what substance GL Biochem (China) sent to Shane Charter’s warehouse in Shanghai.

  6. No one knows what Charter’s warehouse sent Melbourne compounding pharmacist Nima Alavi. The package said “Thymosin” but as it wasn’t tested, no one, including the three CAS panellists, knows whether it was Thymosin Alpha 1, Thymomodulin, Thymosin Beta-4 or some other unknown substance.

  7. No one, including the three panellists, knows what Alavi sent Dank.

  8. No one, including Dank, the players and the three panellists, knows what was administered to the players.

  9. To make the impossible more impossible, it is my understanding that WADA made no attempt to prove Player 1 was administered Thymosin Beta-4, nor Player 2 nor players 3 to 34. I don’t know what sort of world the three panellists live in but in my world, if the prosecutor makes no attempt to prove each defendant was guilty, they can’t be found guilty.
