1. If I keep giving you stories, I assume you will eventually run with one of them. How you have ignored the VWA investigation into the AFL and Essendon is beyond me.
   
   
2. I read with interest that that AFL Commissioner, M/s Dessau, is to become the Victorian Governor from 1 July 2015. I suspect that may not be as smooth as Mr Andrews hoped.
   
   
3. If the Victorian WorkPlace Authority hasn’t been nobbled, it will not only find against the AFL Commission for extensive OH&S failures, but it will impose severe penalties because of the extreme mental damage to the players. Ironically, the AFL was so concerned about the mental damage to players it changed its rules to allow the players to rip up their contracts. Presumably, all commissioners will be under the spot light.
   
   
4. If the tribunal finds against the players, I assume a number would sue the AFL commissioners for failing to provide a safe work place and for loss of earnings.
   
   
5. As there is no doubt the AFL denied Essendon and James Hird procedural fairness, and as there is no doubt ASADA changed evidence, fabricated evidence, omitted evidence and testified in its own investigation, I expect the federal government to conduct an inquiry into the whole saga. Once again, the commissioners’ performances will be placed under the microscope.
